SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Last update: October 2026

These Subscription Terms explain how paid plans bought on trueme-app.com are billed, renewed and cancelled. They are part of our Terms of Use. TrueMe is provided by Smallstack ApS, Denmark. Questions: help@trueme-app.com.

1. What you are buying

A subscription gives you access to TrueMe's premium programs in the TrueMe app for as long as it is active. Before you pay, the offer page and checkout show the price you pay today, the length of your first period, and the price and length of every renewal period. Those are the prices you are charged.

Payments on our website are processed by Stripe. You can pay by card or by any wallet shown at checkout (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, and applicable taxes may be added.

2. Introductory offers and automatic renewal

Some plans start with an introductory price or a short trial. The introductory price only applies to your first period. Unless you cancel before that period ends, your subscription renews automatically at the regular price for the renewal period shown at checkout, and keeps renewing until you cancel.

Introductory offers shown with a countdown are only available until the countdown ends. After that, regular prices apply.

3. Add-ons

After your first purchase you may be offered optional add-ons, such as a meal plan or a tracker. An add-on is only bought if you confirm it. It is charged to the payment method you used at checkout, added to your subscription, and renews on the schedule shown on the offer. You can cancel an add-on on its own without cancelling your main plan.

4. One-time purchases

Some offers are one-time purchases, such as a 7-day program. They are charged once, do not renew, and give access for the period described on the offer.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date, in either of these ways:

When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app or not using it does not cancel your subscription.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry it over the following days and we may email you to update your payment method. If the payment still cannot be collected, your subscription ends.

7. Price changes

If we change the price of your subscription, we will email you before the new price applies to you. You can cancel before it takes effect.

8. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Money-Back Policy, including our 180-day money-back guarantee and your legal rights as a consumer.

9. Purchases through Apple or Google

Subscriptions bought inside the TrueMe app through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by that store under its own terms. You manage, cancel and request refunds for them in that store.
